Introduction

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Application, and The WrightyMedia Agency Limited (trading as Music Artist Manager), the owner and operator of this Application. User-Generated Content

Our Application allows Users to upload project management data, files, and financial records ("User Data"). You retain full ownership of all your User Data. However, you grant The WrightyMedia Agency Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Data strictly for the purpose of providing the SaaS platform services to you.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Application for any of the following purposes:

• in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Application or interferes with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Application;
• in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;
